Cocktail Parties and Functions offer a great relaxing atmosphere, Cosmic Cocktails & Catering offer a Cocktail Party like no other supplier in Perth can.
All you need is a minimum of 30 people and your function must run for atleast 3 hours. All enquiries can be made online, by email or by phone. We only require a $100 bond to confirm your booking, the balance is usually due a week or so before your function. Once we receive your enquiry we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
How does it work? What if I have people who aren't drinking Cocktails? Is it unlimited drinks? How many staff will I have? Do I keep the alcohol at the end of the function? How much room do you need to set up?

Once you decide to go ahead all you need to do is choose your 5 Favorite Cocktails from our list of 60, Clint will then arrange an appointment to personally visit you at the venue for your function to work out the best placement of the bar and access details. On the day/night of your function everything will be delivered at set up prior to your guests arriving including all Bar Equipment, Glasses, Ice, Alcohol, Soft Drinks etc. At the end of your function everything is packed down and usually taken away that night including all of the rubbish.
With all of our Beverage Catering Options our packages are based on the number of guest drinking alcohol, you need to have a minimum of 30 guests and go for atleast 3 hours. Our Cocktail Bar Package is from $60 per head for 3 Hours, so if you have 40 guests but only 30 of them are drinking alcohol then you only pay for 30 guest, but we supply enough Mocktails, Softdrink and Juices for all guests.
The short answer is no, but we haven't ever run out of alcohol either. We have a formula we use to calculate how much alcohol we need. We even have a back up box of alcohol to ensure you can keep drinking your favourite cocktails.
Your staff numbers are based on the number of guests in attendance, usually functions with between 30 and 50 would have 2 Bar Staff and then 1 staff member is added per 25 to 30 guests depending on the function. Cosmic Cocktails & Catering has some of the highest staff to guest ratios in the industry.
Yes the alcohol is yours, which is a benefit when guests are unable to make it and you have already paid for them, your not totally out of pocket, you just have more for the guests that have attended and more to kick on with after we leave.
Usually we only need about 2 metres by 2 metres, preferably undercover with access to power and adequate lighting. In saying that we have set our bars up on the backs of boats, poolside, open air venues, we have even used peoples kitchen benches as our bar, we are very flexible.
