The great thing about this competition is if you have been a guest at a party or function where Cosmic Cocktails provided a product or service and you have photos from that party, all you need to do is upload them to our facebook page and you're entered.

Login to your account or signup for a new Facebook account and you're half way there. Then find your photos with a Cosmic Cocktails product shown i.e. a slushy machine, or a photo of you and your friends drinking Cosmic Cocktails or enjoying our finger food and upload them to our page, you can even leave a comment or include the date of the function.

Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Synergy 23 Pty Ltd ABN 83 122 790 452 (T/As Cosmic Cocktails).

The competition is currently active (1^st October 2011) and will conclude 30th Septmber 2012. Cosmic Cocktails will draw a winner on the 1^st of each month at 9am (WA Time) commencing the 1st November 2011. 

To enter, during the Competition Period, simply click on the Facebook Button at the top of this page, then click on the “Like” button next to the Cosmic Cocktails heading. Then you can sign up for a new Facebook account or login with your current account. You are required to upload one or more photos of you or your friends at a party or function containing a Cosmic Cocktails product or service. The product or service must be visible in the photo, to help verify your photo you may put the details about the party i.e. The  Date and Name of the Party Host. The function or party can be from 2004 to the current day. Any photos that have already been submitted prior to the 1st October 2011 will be eligible for the prize draw. All entries are valid for each monthly draw, so if you don't win the month you posted your photos you will be in the following months draw and so on.

You consent to Cosmic Cocktails also contacting you from time to time via Facebook in connection with promotional offers and other competitions. You may opt out at any time by sending us an email with unsubscribe in the header to info@cosmiccocktails.com.au or remove us from your “Likes” on your Facebook page.

All valid entries will be entered into the competition. Cosmic Cocktails accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In consideration for awarding the prize to each winner, each winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the prize and consents to their name and image being used in promotional material.

The winning “Fan” as determined by the judge will win the prize of a Nights Hire of a 3 Bowl Cocktail Machine including refill mixes. The prize includes the following;

- A Nights Hire of a 3 Bowl Slushy Machine

- Delivery, Set up and Pick up to a residential address within the Perth Metro Area.

- Required slushy mix and refill mix, flavours to be choosen by the winner.

- 200 Cups and Straws 

The Prize is valued at a minimum of $375.00.

The Prize does not include any alcohol, if the prize winner would like alcohol in their machine they will need to supply the alcohol themselves.

The winner/s will be notified via Facebook and a notice will be placed on the Cosmic Cocktails Facebook Page and our Recent News Page at www.cosmiccocktails.com.au If your contact details change during the Competition Period, it is your responsibility to notify Cosmic Cocktails.

Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner does not take the prize within the time set by Cosmic Cocktails, the winner will forfeit the prize. Cosmic Cocktails accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value. If the prize is unavailable, Cosmic Cocktails will substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. This may or may not be similar to the unavailable prize.

Although the prize is open to all Australian residents over 18 years old, the prize is only valid for the Perth Metropolitan Area. The venue for the prize must be a private residence within a 100 km Radius of the Perth CBD, any venue outside the radius is at the discretion of the judge.

The prize winner and accompanying guests are responsible for providing their own transport to and from the venue and for all ancillary costs such as extra food, other alcoholic beverages and any items of a personal nature. Proof of Age will be required by the winner and accompanying guests as all attending must be over 18 years old. Cosmic Cocktails promotes the responsible service of alcohol.

Cosmic Cocktails may request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Cosmic Cocktails.

No changes can be made to the prize booking within 30 days of the function. Should the winner and accompanying guests be unable to attend their function they forfeit the prize. No correspondence will be entered into and no additional prize will be offered.

The prize/s must be claimed and used within 3 months of the competition close date otherwise that winner will forfeit the prize. The prize is not valid on Sundays or Public Holidays, Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.


To the full extent permitted by law Cosmic Cocktails, its officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether due to the negligence of any person, including Cosmic Cocktails, or otherwise) in connection with entering the competition or using the prize.


In this document "Australian Consumer Law" has the meaning given under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Nothing in this document will exclude, restrict or modify any right a person may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation which under such laws cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

Cosmic Cocktails accepts no responsibility for the tax implications from prize winnings.

The personal information you provide will be used by Cosmic Cocktails, and may be disclosed to its agents, to conduct the competition. You consent to such use, storage and disclosure.

Any person invited by the prize winner to share in the prize as their accompanying guest and who elects to take up this part of the prize does so on the basis that he or she also accepts these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia and the prize winner, their guest and Cosmic Cocktails submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such state.

If the “Like” counter reads 1000 by the 1^st of April 2011 at 6pm (WA Time) the first Prize will be drawn on the 2nd of April 2011 at 9am and second prize identical to the first prize will be offered for fans 1001 onward until 6pm (WA Time) on the 31^st of May 2011. If the Second Prize is activated, then the winner will be drawn on the 1^st of June 2011 at 9am (WA Time)

- All required bar equipment, glasses, ice, mixers, 2 x bar staff and alcohol will be supplied for the function;

The prize is valued at AUD$2100.00


The total prize pool is valued at AUD $4200.00 if the second prize is activated.
