Situated on the foreshore at Barrack Square, Swan Bells is surrounded by spectacular views of the Swan River and Perth city.

The open air observation deck is perfect for Cocktail Parties for upto 80 guests. We have organised many Cocktail Functions using this unique venue for  Weddings, Engagements, Birthday Parties and Corporate Evenings.

These suites put you on top of the world 31 stories up overlooking the Swan River. You have the flexiblity to hire 1, 2 or all 3 suites depending on your number of guests. Hiring just one of these rooms will accomodate over 100 people for a Cocktail Function. Please note there is a lift to the 30th floor, but you will need to take 1 flight of stairs to reach the final floor. 

Allendale Square Conference Suites: Exceptional river view Suites available to hire for Annual General Meetings, corporate functions, marketing launches, birthdays, engagements and special occasions. 

Located in the heart of the Perth CBD on St George’s Terrace, Allendale Square consists of 31 levels with top floor Conference Suites for hire to tenants and members of the public. The Allendale Square Conference Suites cater for small corporate meetings for 20 guests through to larger cocktail events for up to 150 guests. Each of the Suites have sweeping views of the beautiful Swan River and Perth surrounds. 

Guests have the freedom to control the setup of the Suites as well as choose their own caterers and decorators. If you are planning a meeting or special event you will be pleasantly surprised with the ease of preparation as well as the competitive rates that are offered.

Indoors, but what a view!

A great mix of indoor and outdoor areas. You have a balcony with river views, room for 80 - 100 seated or 150 cocktail style. With clean and modern facilities, ample parking with close access to Canning Highway and Kwinana Freeway, 10 minutes from Perth CBD.

This function room also has a balcony with river views, but it can seat 160 - 180 or handle 300 for cocktail style. This large second storey function room overlooks the beautiful Canning River and has a large outdoor balcony. It features a bar facility and has an open layout ideal for all function styles. Unfortunately, no wheelchair access.

Right on the oceans edge perfect for that beach wedding. With a large dance floor and stage area for the DJ, plenty of room for 100 seated or 200 cocktail style, your guest will love the huge balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. Unfortunately, no wheel chair access.

With a large fixed bar (BYO available)  and flexible room design including a large stage and dance floor it can seat 300 or upto 450 cocktail style. This modern venue can be partitioned making it suitable for small and large functions. Within 10km of CBD, close to Tonkin and Reid Highways, with great parking facilities. The City of South Perth's parks and reserves enable the community to take part in a whole range of recreational pursuits. Our favorite is Sir James Mitchell Park with great views of the city and the river surrounded by rich green grass, what more could you ask for? Maybe a cocktail and a sunset, perfect. Assorted sites for hire within the park for different size functions. Some sites with shelter and power. Strict regulations do apply and a site meeting with a representative of the Kings Park & Botanic Garden is required.

5 marquee sites (4 of which have access to power) along this foreshore makes for a great location for a function.
