Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery
Orders are packed and posted the day you order or the next working day if you have ordered after hours or on the weekend, subject to the availability of items purchased.
Once posted allow up to 10 working days for delivery depending on your area for all interstate deliveries. Perth metro deliveries will normally arrive within 3 Days.
Items are securely packed and sent by Australia Post, items over $50 will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery within Australia using Australia Post will have different pricing based on the size and weight of the item you are purchasing. Our online store will calculate your postage based on the items you have selected.
Urgent orders
If you can not allow up to 10 working days for your delivery then Express Post satchels or parcels can be used and the satchel number will be emailed to you.
As this is not a signature required service we can not take responsibility for the delivery.
If we can fit your order in a 3kg Express Post satchel or 5kg Express Post satchel the fee will be shown in your check out window.
Heavier or bulkier items will be sent in as few boxes as possible and charged accordingly.
Please use the comments section in checkout to advise us of your required delivery date for urgent orders.
Backorders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise when your required item will be back in stock.
Return Policy
In line with fair trading laws, a refund maybe obtained with proof of purchase if a product is defective, unfit for purpose or does not match its description or sample. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Carrier charges for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers parcel tracking and you may want to insure your package for safe return. We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund provided the product is in a "as new" condition, including packaging, instructions and all accessories.
